Service Description

Jam Arts will provide the perfect opportunity to encourage and enhance your child's artistic ability. During the workshops your child will create artworks inspired by traditional and contemporary artists, explore techniques including drawing, painting, printmaking and mixed media. Our art teachers will work closely supporting and developing your child's appreciation of different medias teaching them age appropriate techniques and skills. During this course there will be some two week projects where children can have more time to practice a particular skill which will help them learn and improve even more Our classes give your child the opportunity to use a vast range of high quality artist’s materials which are all included in the cost. Payments: Payments can be paid either by cash on the first session or by bank transfer- please ask for details.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations and Refunds: After a booking and payment has been made the customer has a cooling off period of 7 working days to make a cancellation if they so wish in accordance with Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000. To cancel a booking customers can email info@jamarts.com or phone 07545479959. A full refund will be provided if the request is made within 7 days of the initial booking. If a cancellation is made during the project time frame then no refund is given. No refunds are given for missed sessions. If for any reason a session is cancelled by Josie and Matt for example due to illness, then alternative class options will be given to the customer or a credit issued. If a session is cancelled due to unscheduled venue closures, for example in poor weather conditions, or if the venue decide to cancel a session, then alternative class options will be given to the customer. No refund or credit will be given.
